The home of Queensland Ballet is also a curator and collaborator. The site had to hold both without diluting either.

Challenge
The TDC is far more than Queensland Ballet’s home, and the site needed to champion the artists it curates and collaborates with while keeping the building’s own character intact.
Solution
We took design cues straight from the shapes and textures of the building and let them set the tone, aiming for beautiful simplicity rather than decoration. Ticketing and CRM are integrated so the experience holds together from browsing to booked seat.
Outcomes
A BADC Finalist placing, and a site that carries the Centre’s programme and its collaborators without either competing for attention.
